For the elevators specifically… My mother is at this residence and very happy indeed…this being said the only issue are the elevators : often 1 or 2 elevators from a group of 5 are broken. The wait is also long : 20-30 minutes to get an elevator. I have seen myself that the programmation is off : you press the up button, then see the elevators start come down and going back up again - meaning that any other floors pressing the up button is getting the elevator where as normally it comes to the RC and then take the additio... read more
