Visited for the first and last time today. Before I was even greeted, the employee seemed to chastise me and my toddler who wanted to touch a toy. After reading the reviews I see that this is common. We were the only people in the store and I was heavily surveilled, and reminded several times I was not allowed to let my son touch toys, and told not to go upstairs, and if I wanted to let him play I’d have to buy it first. A totally hostile experience. It was not only WHAT was said, but HOW.
I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. I placed an order months ago which was never delivered. I emailed them, they answered me once saying they would help solve the issue and i haven’t heard from them since. The bear I bought cost over 150 dollars and the fact that they won’t even answer my messages and keep ignoring me is disgraceful. I will never order from them again and I will never recommend this brand to anyone I know
I bought the Grimm's Bobbing Rabbit on line as a gift. It's a wonderful product at a very good price (cost 10$ less at this shop than on Amazon). The wooden toy was exactly as advertised and arrived within a few days, perfectly packaged. I especially liked the personalized hand written thank you note that was included along with the toy. I highly recommend this shop for it's quality product, timely delivery and over all service.
Pire magasin , aucune note de crédit et aucun remboursement sans prévis. Tu peux échanger mais n offre meme pas de cartes cadeaux non plus. Finalement, tu veux échanger mais tu dois trouver quelque chose d exactement le meme prix sinon il garde ton argent ( voleurs ! ) Seul magasin à Montréal qui fait ca. Dernière, fois qu on y allait.
