Edit added at the end. Fine for simple matters like drawing up a will (now in retrospect I hope the living will is correct I will verify this with another notary). Bigger transactions like buying a house? Stay away. Too many errors done that have a big impact and no accountability for the delays and mistakes, instead Annabel Chung sent me an email claiming I was the one at fault instead of accepting accountability that she made an error with agreed on payment dates.
