Edit added at the end. Fine for simple matters like drawing up a will (now in retrospect I hope the living will is correct I will verify this with another notary). Bigger transactions like buying a house? Stay away. Too many errors done that have a big impact and no accountability for the delays and mistakes, instead Annabel Chung sent me an email claiming I was the one at fault instead of accepting accountability that she made an error with agreed on payment dates. Mauvaise expérience, nous avons reçu les démarches au compte goutte concernant la marche a suivre pour la succession de notre père. On nous demandait un document et quand nous finissions par le recevoir du gouvernement apres 16 a 18 semaines, on nous annoncait candidement qu'il manquait un autre document avant de passer a l'étape suivante... Occasionnant des délais interminables. Ca a pris 2 ans et demi pour la succession d'une personne ayant seulement un compte de banque!!!
Je fais plusieurs transactions déjà avec ce bureau et je trouve que le service et très bon et personnalisé. Les notaires vérifient le tout pour nous protéger. Je trouve que le service est exceptionnel.
