One day, I was with two other girls, and we were standing in front of the shop window, simply looking at the store. One of the sales assistants, a woman with dark hair who was wearing a dress, came over and told us to move away from the window because we were supposedly blocking the way for potential customers. -5 stars. The staff were super rude, very judgmental and treated my friends and I very poorly. Go to any of the other amazing jewelers/perfumer in the area because if you're gonna spend money don't do it somewhere that doesn't have basic customer service.

Loved my experience this morning at Les Bonnes. My mother and I were served by Hana who helped me choose a beautiful French hair comb that I’m sure I’ll use for a very long time! She took the time to teach me how to put it in my hair, including letting me try lots of different styles. It was such an unexpectedly lovely experience - thank you Hana!
