Loved my experience this morning at Les Bonnes. My mother and I were served by Hana who helped me choose a beautiful French hair comb that I’m sure I’ll use for a very long time! She took the time to teach me how to put it in my hair, including letting me try lots of different styles. It was such an unexpectedly lovely experience - thank you Hana!
Very friendly shop assistant, eager to explain products and assist with queries. Lots of beautiful smelling lotions and assorted fragrances. Will return.
I used to love the store, stuff are cute and I bought perfumes. But today service was quite rude. Today I was wearing very casual, and the chinese girl judge my clothing by rudely staring at me Later on, she rudely scold me, when i was looking at turtle plush, she told me it was hand made, I really like turtle and was planning to buy it, so i touch it, and she scold me for squeezing it! If she don’t want me to touch it, she could have advise me before hand. My mood was completely ruined, and i left angry.
