My family had a car accident last week late Sunday eve in the freezing cold in a remote part of the NY Thruway. Leroy not only answered his phone, he came and got our car, towed it to his lot and helped us every step of the way. He gave us solid advice on how to best get it transported back to NJ. He is a hard working honest person who cares about his customers. He makes you believe in the goodness of people.
What a godsend! Our radiator blew on the NYS Northway after a deer strike, and Leroy Towing was the only one we could find for a flatbed-tow. He had us leave key in car and that he would handle the tow, as we made other plans to get back to NJ. Temps were WELL BELOW ZERO, yet he handled everything, and checked back in with us on Sunday morning. He will be handling another 2-hour tow to the body shop for repairs. Incredibly reliable , and worth whatever the charge is going to be.
100% recommend Leroy for all of your car and towing needs. I was traveling home after visiting family for Christmas and got a flat tire. He was the only tow service I could find open on a Sunday and he answered the phone immediately and was to me within 30 minutes. He was efficient and very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get me in touch with a garage to replace my tire for me so I could complete my trip. He even checked in on me after the fact to make sure I made it okay! So thankful for all of his help and care.
My Son had an accident last week, besides the EMS Fire/Police the tow truck company that showed drove my son to a near by gas station that was safe for him to wait for a ride. Leroy also took care of all my personal belongings from the car and took his time to send it to me. People are still good and many many thanks to Leroy for doing this for us.
Guy has a terrible attitude, wouldn’t give him a dime
