I recently called Michael Lerner's office for a second opinion about my OVI arrest. Within 30 minutes, I had a follow-up call from his office assistant, Jenny, who was very kind and assured me Attorney Lerner would call me within the day after he returned from court. I didn't felt I got even close to my money's worth, and would never consider using them again.
Keep Looking!! Plenty of Other Lawyers to Choose From!! Two people invaded my home, then charged me with assault after I repelled them. The only thing they had to do was prove they were in the home. Request to have people enter the home to take fingerprints, denied. Manner of assaults claimed were physically impossible, and never rebutted. Had access to prominent questions in minds of jury through written means, failed to address even 1 at closing.
