This was the worst law firm I have ever worked with. I lost thousands of my hard earned money with a firm that had no respect for me, missed important deadlines, and yielded absolutely no results in my case. As the firm that is “knowledgeable” for trademark laws, why would they ever tell me something can be trademarked just for me to pay their fees and then turned around tell me it “probably can’t be trademarked.” I should have been told this anywhere in the process over the year they were handling this case. Did not help my co-founder of our events and media company with a serious trademark matter at all. The case was not handled with care and she was 100% mislead by this firm. There is no reason why a law firm should charge any fees for a trademark they know isn’t possible to file and win. They had more than a year to tell her it wasn’t possible to trademark a tagline and failed to do so. They are very honest and helped me get everything that I wanted approved from the patent office
My son had an intellectual property issue that needed an immediate response as he was being threatened with potential litigation. Although I am an attorney I stay in my lane and I always know to contact Keith Gilman at Lerner David LLP when an intellectual property matter is involved.
