I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH THE *** OFFICES OF LERNER AND ****. I WAS IN A *** ACCIDENT BEING REAR ENDED AND PUSHED IN TO THE *** IN FRONT OF ME. THE GUY WAS ESTIMATED GOING ***** MPH AND NEVER TOUCHED HIS BRAKES ON OCTOBER 31ST 2019. MY CASE TOOK UNTIL JANUARY 2023 TO SETTLE. THE *** FIRM SETTLED MY CASE AFTER 3 YEARS AND A FEW MONTHS. I RECEIVED PEANUTS AND AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE SETTLEMENT AND THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED. When we saw them 2 and a half years ago we were going to get ******* total from the insurance companies. They took our case and sat on it for over a year, after a bad review on ******** they called us back. They were lazy and never went out to fight for more money. After all this time we are getting *****. They are taking their share after doing nothing! They should have been honest from the beginning letting us know they werent going to fight for more. We could have settled this over 2 years ago for the full amount!

I am very upset over how my case with this firm has been handled. I feel that i have been mislead as to the outcome and that my interests have not been protected and that i have been taken advantage of financially as well as morally. In my phone conversations i was told what the initial offer was approximately and what my end result would come out too. I was then told they would counter that first offer and fight for more.
