Went by the office for a simple task of getting a single document notarized. I did not need help in reading the document, I did not need anything extra. Was told it would be $25. Went to another place and I find out it should only be $10 as per the state of Texas. This lady (with horribly long nails) wanted to scam me out of more money than was necessary. Be careful and call around first, always ask questions before you give someone your money.
Linda has done an incredible job at preparing my taxes for the last 3 years. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free. She is very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I got every deduction I was entitled to. Communication was prompt and friendly.
