Absolutely love shopping at Lepa Boutique. They have the cutest pieces, a great eye for styling, and amazing customer service. Definitely my favorite boutique in Hinsdale!
I just ordered a jacket from this boutique on line and it’s way too big. I asked for a return authorization form to return it and I was told that it’s a final sale! All the sales items (50% or higher) were marked with the word “ sale” in green but at 30% off the original price this jacket had no “sale” lable on it! I’m disappointed with this store and I saw a few more reviews with the same issue on line on this store! It's hard to find cute clothes in the suburbs, but thankfully Lepa has you covered! All my favorite brands from Revolve and Shopbop available in Hinsdale and Geneva!!!
I bought a dress for my daughter at Lepa Boutique. The owner was working that day, and I shared that I was buying the dress for my daughter’s senior photos hoping it would work. The owner never shared that all dresses are final sale and non-returnable. When the dress didn’t fit, I took it back to return, but the owner wasn’t working. Lepa Boutique always gives me the best experience! Sonja the owner goes above and beyond for her clients. She has two locations, Hinsdale and Geneva. If ever I want something from the other store she has it brought over! If I can’t make it in she ships it to me!! She has the most personable staff with the best energy. If there’s any local business to support it’s hers!
