Super frustrated, I emailed all the details with photos and 8 days later no response, so I called. The girl who answered said give me 2-3 days to prepare an estimate. Another week and a half later I had to call back only to hear 1 guy was out sick. Then they trying to make the deal multiple times more difficult than needed but she was going to call me back the next day to schedule a site inspection to make recommendations.
