Not sure why this firm has such a negative reviews so far I had a great experience with them. I soon as I receive the mail I called the office and spoke to a lovely lady name Natalia. She was kind , polite and professional she explained everything to me in great details. She asks if I had any questions and even gave me her phone line extension. I can never get in contact with them. And my tuition was paid before it got sent and it still got sent to this nasty place. Just answer your phone calls and be nice!
So far, so good. Had a Derrick calling me regarding my balance owed. He wasn't pushy or rude. Very pleasent, professional and soft spoken. Allowed me to go on a payment plan and emailed me all required info. Definitely a good look for this agency considering all of the bad reviews lol.
The amount of times we have called this place and received ZERO calls back, I can't even count! Yet we keep getting notices from them saying we owe a debt THAT WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO TELL US WHAT FOR! We have no documentation or proof of this debt and they refuse to call us back or send us ANY information. They have the nerve to send us a "FINAL ATTEMPT" to contact us - how about WE have been trying to contact YOU. Insanity. And this is who the government uses to collect money? I have no faith in anyone anymore.
Hi, I got your letter. Unfortunately today I am 76 years old, after stroke in October 2017 and do not go outside today because I am very sick.
