I wanted pants shortened. Tried them on and was quite direct with the length when she was putting the pins to mark the length. Received the pants much shorter than i asked for and she insisted it was fine and that it was the length asked for. I now have 3 formal pants worth over $130 each shortened to above my ankles. Each pants cost $25 to shorten. Really frustrated! Be aware when shortening your pants here.
