1-star is too high for this store. My elderly parents purchased a new stove this summer. The salesperson (Emma) opened the oven door and pointed out how nice it was. But, she did NOT advise that the oven had NO SELF-CLEAN option. My parents are in their late 70s and my mum is disabled. She struggles to breathe with any exertion (eg climbing a set of stairs).
