Second time buying from Leons. And again there online delivery date is different than the store delivery date. Online delivery was Jan 11. Hgot a call d Dec 27 that my order was in Edmonton and would take 5 weeks to get here. When asked why tgey claimed delivery date online doesnt match store date. Also asked difference between 12 month no pay or intrest and dont pay until 2027 no pay no interest. I was told one was 12 months and the other was 24 months. Went with the 24 month option. I ordered a Dining set at Langley Leon's Furniture. Their delivery options is very bad! How can you say delivery between 8AM to 7PM? Are you insane? The manger isn't helpful either. Costumer service is very bad!!! Im very upset because I've been looking for a Dinning set before Christmas and now the deals are over from other company. You guys need to make your customers happy for you guys to get more sales.

I only have positive things to say about my shopping experience at Leons Peterborough. I was greeted promtly by a lovely sales rep. Trisha Chierry. I told her that I was there to look at a new mattress. i was shown the many choices. After a short discussion she led me to an up scale matress that was on sale. The pricing was just where I wanted to be for a premium mattress. The selection was broad and a bit confusing at first. Trisha helped me wade through the choices. Very poor customer service. They do not have their own inventory. They rely on Burlington Store for delivery. Never meet the delivery expectations. Promised that they will call on Dec 5 after they receive the stuff. But never called. On Dec 11 I called them and they said yes stuff has arrived. Now delivery problem. They are taking ten more days. You may have take a day off to receive the delivery. Very Poor. Think twice before you go to Leon especially Brantford.

Leon's has the worst customer experience you are likely to find anywhere. I bought a mattress from them and paid to have the old mattress taken away. What Leon's requires you to do for that is to drive out to their store to pick up a bag to put your old mattress in, this is a 90 minute round trip for me. The delivery people wouldn't bring a bag with them. We asked to use the plastic wrap the new mattress would come in but were told the delivery people wouldn't wait while the old one was put in the bag. We cancelled the order... read more

1-star is too high for this store. My elderly parents purchased a new stove this summer. The salesperson (Emma) opened the oven door and pointed out how nice it was. But, she did NOT advise that the oven had NO SELF-CLEAN option. My parents are in their late 70s and my mum is disabled. She struggles to breathe with any exertion (eg climbing a set of stairs). We bought a sectional sofa from them as the one we wanted was on backorder. When it arrived we opened the undamaged boxes. one half was okay but the other half had apparently already been assembled and had a tear at the seam of the fixed cushion and discolouration below it. If it was returned why was it repackaged and sent back out again? After fighting to get through to customer service we have been told they will replace it in December as they no longer have stock.. My wife broke her arm she can not sleep in bed so we bought a recliner we told the sales person what we need we saw one the wife liked and tried it so we bought it we get it home it worked for a bit but the foot rest would not stay up the back rest started doing the same thing so we went to leons in Collingwood they said a guy would have to look at it .he showed up and said these recliners do not lock which the one on show room did . I have had nothing but the best service at Leon's Kingston. If our usual sales person Stephanie isn't able to help us Laurie the Manager is always ready to jump in with a cheerful and smile and willing help us out! SO THANK YOU LEON'S KINGSTON and Laurie and Stephanie!!
