I have a problem with an appliance from Leons and just had a huge argument with Christine for lying and pushing their scam. As long as the credit card company refunds me, I don't care what happens to their fridge. It is no longer in working order. Christine was so rude on the phone. I actually lost my shit. Very poor customer service. They do not have their own inventory. They rely on Burlington Store for delivery. Never meet the delivery expectations. Promised that they will call on Dec 5 after they receive the stuff. But never called. On Dec 11 I called them and they said yes stuff has arrived. Now delivery problem. They are taking ten more days. You may have take a day off to receive the delivery. Very Poor. Think twice before you go to Leon especially Brantford.
