Walked around for 5 mins in an empty store, no one approached as they were too busy talking amongst themselves. Taking my business elsewhere
The delivery service today was excellent. The recliner arrived on time and the team assembled it quickly, making sure that everything was working. The Allie recliner is a nice colour, but the leather seems to be not high quality. It is smaller than I anticipated as the measurements did not include the depth and width of the seat and the seat is definitely smaller than any other recliner I have had. I guess I will just have to get used to it as there are no returns.
