Had a delivery scheduled for today and they would not deliver because there wasn’t someone over 18 present. That’s a garbage policy. Pay you this kind of money and nobody has the brains to call and say hey we can’t deliver for whatever reason. I could have be there in minutes before your delivery team just up and left.

I would put 0 stars if it was an option!Purchased a sectional back in August of 2025, it came missing parts and those parts are why hold the sectional pieces together, have been sending messages every couple months and was getting responses the first couple times.
