Blatantly ripped off. I bought a floor model recliner which I fully understood was final sale, after being reassured by the salesman that it was in perfect condition and only marked down because it was a discontinued model. I get it home and set it up, a few days later the first time I fully reclined it to relax and watch some TV, the chair collapsed backwards and would not move anymore.
