I would rate the furniture 4–5 stars for its quality, but unfortunately, I can only give 1 star for the customer service. The salesman’s attitude came across as rude and disengaged. I eventually had to ask him to give us some space so we could browse on our own. This was not an isolated incident—during my previous visit, I experienced similar behavior. Delivery was easy to track on app and right within the time frame given. The movers were friendly and courteous taking pictures of furniture imperfections and where repairs will be needed.
Excellent Service - very polite gentleman that delivered my furniture.
