Pankush is the man! What a pleasant sales person to deal with. He was not in anyway pushy, showed me only what he knew would be of interest to me. He informed me of all the warranties etc for my mattress without it feeling like it was dragging on forever and then also managed to snag me a sweet deal on a tv! He only works weekends though, so make sure to go then if you want excellent service.
Showed up and made a difficult delivery, didn't complain just moved forward and got it done. Thank-you to the 2 men.
The two men that brought my couch in, were awesome. Kind, considerate of the walls getting down to the basement. Cleaned everything up. 5/5!
