I bought a king-size box spring from your discount room, after being assured by the sales team that it was new, high-end, and would not squeak. Upon setting it up this weekend, I found the new box spring to be even louder than my old one. I was informed by Leon's that this item is a final sale and cannot be returned. Consequently, I have incurred the cost of two box springs, only to find myself with a product that is not fit for purpose and will need to be discarded.
