Everything was great original sales person went over board to help us when ordering a fridge and stove, went in the next day and paid for the fridge but this sales person screwed up, he promised a Wednesday delivery and I was told he did not finish the paper work. The original corrected everything and we received the fridge on Friday. The delivery people were great courteous and efficient and quick, they were a thousand time better than Home Depot delivery people (the carr group) which was a total disaster. The saleslady Meghan was very polite and nice. We bought a new bed and king size protector, pillow and pillow case and paid for extra delivery fee altold around 1500 dollars. I called a few days to after and asked if they could throw in some new sheets no charge. They said they couldn't do that and I was a little disappointed. I wonder if I had asked for some sheets before paying for everything if it might have worked out better for us. For a set of 40 dollar sheets this review could have been totally the opposite
Adrienne was my sales lady who sold me the greatest bed I have ever had. She is professional, listened to what I needed and delivered with 10 stars. After much comparison and measuring, ordered a new Maytag refrigerator online. Received a call from Leon's the next day. It was a special order, and I could have waited 4-6 :weeks for it. Received another call Monday to schedule delivery. They arranged a morning delivery for me, as I work afternoons. Here on time. In and out in 30 min. Moved my old fridge to my garage. Done. Very impressed, Leon's. Keep up the amazing work. Delivery team was awesome.
