Extremely disappointed in this Leon’s location. Bought a couch here for 6k covered under warranty, 2 years later they won’t cover a minor rip. Not to mention I bought a bed set and they delivered a damaged headboard 4 times. Last time they delivered the headboard I was so tired of the going back and forth I just kept it. Not in great condition that is. Customer service manager did not offer anything to compensate. Will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same. Would give a 0 star rating if I could. ... read more

Got a great new recliner here. Looked here first, and really should have saved my time. The store had the best selection and Chris was amazing. Friendly, efficient, helpful. He listened to what I was saying and got me the best chair at a great price.
Helpful, friendly and professional staff, very welcoming at the Chatham Kent store. Delivery was fast, courteous and on time. One of the nicest Leon’s that I have been in and received service from. Way to go!
