I was shopping for a new couch and had a great experience here with Kevin! He was very attentive but not high pressure. Gave me time to look around and answered all my questions, very professional and knowledgeable. I was quoted 3 weeks for delivery and just a few days later I got a call from the Niagara on the Lake store to set up a delivery date! As to the actual delivery, that was great too, within the time frame, superb tracking system and the guys were professional and friendly.
Just called the Brantford location after calling the Hamilton location and was genuinely surprised by the difference in customer service . Spoke to Jaspreet at the Brantford location and even though it was only questions I had she was very knowledgeable and helpful . Answered all my questions without hesitation. Kevin from the Hamilton location could learn a lot from Jaspreet and her level of service. I live in Hamilton but will drive to Brantford to give Jaspreet my business. DO BETTER KEVIN
October 24, 2025 UPDATE: We have made another purchase from Leon's. Like I said below, it's our go to place. The quality of their products, the warranty and the service is great. We were happy to see that the same sales representative, Kerry, was still working there. Again, Kerry didn't disappoint. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us the different options. Leon’s Bad Customer Service. Very disappointed that my dishwasher was “in stock” when purchased for delivery on October 16. I still have not received my new dishwasher. It’s quite ridiculous! When I called they said it’s in Burlington and delivery from Burlington store to Hamilton store is up to 3 weeks. Why??????
