The worst customer service ever! Zero star rating. CUSTOMER BEWARE. I purchases a 32 in TV. Brought it home and set it up only to see that the screens broken. Took it back 1 1/2 later for a return and exchange and they told me it I had to deal with manufacture in order to receive an exchange. Absolutely the LAST purchase ever.
I bought a TV 86 inches couple years ago and I bought 4 years warranty, now the remote doesn’t work I came to the Leon store one of the rudest lady was sitting on the front desk for customer service, I give all the receipts and warranty to help me for new remote, she refused to help me August 14-2025- at 3.15 pm. Bad customer service never recommending anyone to this store don’t waist your money here
I needed a new mattress, so I went to Leons, bought one (with the 200 night warranty) and found it not right for me. I cannot say enough about the fantastic work for me by the customer service ladies at the Stonechurch Rd. store on an exchange , they got it all sorted out for me and without any issues, will follow up with the results soon! I now have the mattress that fits my needs, must say the process was simply awesome from A to Z in every way, Thanks Leon's!
I bought a tv from this store a month ago still not here no calls from the store regarding my products availability and the best part is they never answer their phone finally I got so fed up that I decided to write this comment
