I purchased a sofa and a coffee table from this store. Unfortunately, the coffee table had a defect in one of its legs. After several calls, they finally sent a technician to check it. He confirmed that the issue was a manufacturing defect and left, but since then, nothing has been done. I’ve followed up multiple times, but every time I call, they just say “we’re looking into it.” It’s been a very disappointing experience overall, and I’m still waiting for a proper solution.
I recently purchase a living room from Leon’s. Samar provided an exceptional customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Ask for Samar when you go to purchase furniture and you will be very happy with her service.
