I had a very disappointing experience with Leon’s Furniture Richmond Hill. We purchased a sofa set for over $3,500, expecting reasonable quality based on what the salesperson promised. After about one year, the fabric has significantly deteriorated — it looks worn, with loose fibers and visible damage. We have been following up with customer service for over 3–4 months.
