One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. We purchased two sofas from Leon’s Richmond Hill for over $2,300. Our invoice clearly states that we have a 30-day price match warranty. Just days after our purchase, the exact same sofas were advertised at a lower price, saving customers over $200. When we contacted the store to request a price adjustment, we were shocked to be told no.
