I purchased a sectional 40 days age and tomorrow is the delivery date and today they called that it isn’t ready till mid-April and she was so unhelpful and ruined my plans, we are moving to a new house and 2 days later we have a party and there is no furniture! They could have called us sooner, they had enough time (40 days) to tell us:)
Poor customer service—they did not provide sufficient information about the delivery. I will advise anyone I know not to purchase anything from them. I would rather pay more elsewhere than buy from them. We bought a sectional on December 21, 2024, and informed them that we needed it either on January 31, 2025, or in early February. I had a fantastic experience at Leon's thanks to Deanne! I recently went in to buy a new mattress, and she was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to patiently walk me through the options, answered all my questions, and made sure I found the perfect mattress for my needs. Her knowledge and excellent customer service truly stood out. Deanne is so friendly and made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend her if you're shopping at Leon’s.
