I contacted Angela to replace the new mattress under the 200 daySales person Angela and manager Scott were not very professional to say the least We had been told the mattress we have received August 1,2025 is not able to be replaced under the 200 day return policy because we didnt purchase a mattress protector from them. I explained Angela had not explained that. We did have one on it. We contacted the manager Scott and he reaffirmed it would not be able to be returned. The staff are excellent, don’t get me wrong BUT prices for Newfoundland are marked up considerably from the mainland which is unacceptable when you can purchase form Costco or Wayfair for the same price as the rest of the country- Leon’s needs to stop gouging people on the island. Don’t believe me? Compare on the Leons website by changing your province. I have not had any issues with Leon's, I bought a a recliner and it was amazing. It has comfort, great material and I love it.
We had the most amazing experience shopping in your store, Kim came in and met us on her day off. We were not rushed, Kim’s knowledge of all the products was exceptional. Kim is very friendly, understanding and so helpful. We would highly recommend.
