Overpriced
Sonam was very friendly and patient with us as we were deciding on our furniture. Store was clean and the layout was convenient.
Very disappointed. I was supposed to receive my carpet protection plan, but it's been nearly two weeks and I'm still waiting. The salesperson, Tom Kalra, barely had to do anything during the purchase and wasn't even well aware of the offers available. We had already done our own research and had to give him the information and decided to go ahead with the purchase. The least I expected was for the promised service to be delivered.
