Received a power recliner and 3 seater sofa today. Ordered via Tom at Mississauga N Leon's. Delivered from Brampton warehouse. From the 1st moment we entered Leon's and met Tom right to products being delivered, absolutely perfect service. Of course we also visited other furniture stores, including much more expensive ones. Bunch of scammers and dishonest people Buyers beware! For the first time in 43 years and having bought numerous furnitures, I was forced by the driver to pay $200 to take out the old sofa. They claim sofa pick up is free but when drivers get there they hold furniture hostage and not until you pay them $200 they will not bring in the new sofa and your old sofa is already out on the curb. This is a scam and this is dishonest! Store manager Mr. Bobby couldn't care less and dosesn't respond to calls.
I bought two sets of leather sofas from Leon’s about five years ago, and they are still in excellent condition—even with a dog and two children at home. The quality has truly impressed me. The customer service was also outstanding. When one of the sofas arrived with a small issue on the side, I emailed their customer service team. Within a week, they came and replaced it without any hassle. Thank you, Leon’s, for making my experience such a positive one. Truly awesome
Mervat at Leon's provided excellent sales assistance, helping us choose furniture that met our needs. However, we encountered an issue with the queen-sized bed. The mattress left a 3-inch gap on one side as this specific bed frame was sized at 63 inches instead of the standard 60 inches for a queen-size bed. The worst purchase of my life. I bought a couch from Leons for around $2,500 and it arrived broken. The quality was nothing like what I saw in the store. When I went back to return it, I was shocked to be told over and over again that “Leons has no return policy.” How can a furniture store refuse to take back broken furniture?
