JD is one of their veterans in sales. He's very personable, kind, knowledgeable, and honest.
I purchased a couch and it came ripped. I was very understanding of the situation and kindly asked Leon’s for this to be fixed. I sent multiple messages and I got the same message back, not to mention, weeks later. Over 120 days went by and Leon’s completely forgot about my sofas. They took accountability in the emails I received back but nothing being done. No action to their words. Customer service is horrible!!!
