Oh my god lol I don't even know where to begin.. we purchased a washer, they deliver a completely different one. The movers arrive and despite me telling them it's the wrong one, they bring it in and leave it here. I receive a call from "customer support" who speaks English very poorly and tries to ACCUSE me of not checking the washer and telling the movers when I did. Came in to buy a mattress, great customer service and good variety of options as well. Ended up buying a queen mattress, but a $90 delivery charge is quite ridiculous to be honest and will take them 6 days to deliver it.
Why they have a phone number when nobody want to answer the phone ALL DAY LONG ?
I have been a valued Leon’s customer for more than 10 years and have made several significant purchases from the store over the years. I recently walked in because I am looking to completely redo my home and purchase new furniture and other items. Unfortunately, the experience I had this time left a very bad taste in my mouth. Disappointing pre-sales experience. Attempted to reach Franklin Martinez at the Heron Rd location multiple times via phone with no return calls. Additionally, the customer hot beverage station was out of coffee pods on both of my visits. Basic communication and facility upkeep need attention here.
