Order my furniture over a month ago giving you guys plenty of time to me here for the movie watch was so post to me here Feb 3 2026 only to me told today another three weeks I sold my now I have nothing to set on not a good business practice very disappointed

We purchased a mattress online. We tried to exchange the mattress after 7 days, thinking most retail stores have a return & exchange policy. So we were told that because we didn’t buy a mattress cover we cannot exchange the mattress. Here’s the first issue: when the site asked us to buy a mattress cover we said well we already have one. No one is clicking that tiny “info” button to find out that getting the mattress cover is a “warranty” then I was told if I had bought the cover before delivery, then I could have exchanged s... read more
I did the initial research on line and went to Leon’s to check the mattress out in person. I received excellent service from Franklin and I could not be happier with my purchase. Leon’s offered me the best selection , service, quality and price and I will definitely be back for future purchases
