My husband and I went to the Simcoe Leons in Ontario last Friday afternoon. We just walked in the door and were greeted by a woman named Lynne. She offered help. My husband said he would like time to just look around. I asked her a financial question and said we had a few ideas but wanted time to browse. We were disappointed that the sales agent assured us the delivery guys would take our old furniture to the garage when delivering our new set. They would not. Called the sales agent a couple times and she would not return our call. Guess once they get your money they don’t care about customer service.
