Really great experience.
I wish I could be reviewing the couch we bought. We were told it would be delivered on Thursday, so we changed our schedules and worked from home so we could receive the delivery. The tracker they gave us stopped updating around 3pm, and when no one showed up by 5pm we figured it wasn't coming. After calling the store (they did NOT reach out to us) we were told the truck had an "emergency" (suspiciously similar to a recent unhappy review I see now) and wasn't able to get to us that day. Now they are saying they can't deliver... read more
Our salesperson, Tina was wonderful to deal with….having lots of patience with dealing with us seniours! She made herself available at all times, whether in person or by her personal cell phone. She is very conscientious about customer service.
