When I was a kid I remember my school photographers would do little fixes quickly... get the hair out of my face, brush something off my clothes etc. Now they can't even take 15 seconds to fix a tie for a child that doesn't understand how it actually is supposed to be around your collar not hanging sideways on your neck. You pay good money for these but seems like they just want to click and button now and be done: ( This isn't the first time its happened as something that could've been a quick fix.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Fall pictures, garbage…spring pictures, garbage. Why the photographer knows people are paying money for these photos (and not a small amount either) and still processes the photo with eyes closed or lopsided stances I’ll never understand. Then when you call because your pictures are trash, no retake is offered you send the pictures back and wait 10 weeks to get a refund. Save yourself the headache and don’t purchase from this company! I placed an order on 8/23. Last year!!! Never got the photos. Called neumoros times and get a hold of a rep. Left a bunch of VM's. No call back. Requested a refund or the pictures. Crickets.. ... This company is a joke. It says 4 to 6 weeks on the site its been 6 months! BBB needs to investigate. They take your money but dont provide the pictures you ordered!
I ordered school photos for my son, who is a 4th grader. The photographer took a side photo instead of a front photo. This was in October. When I received the photo after seeing the electronic copy I immediately knew I wanted to retake. This had never been an issue in the past. My son's photos have always a great shot. I had him do retakes in the beginning of December and I realized that in February I still had not received my digital copy or my prints.
