We moved our first and last shipment with Leonard's Express. We were shorted 274.00 for allegedly not tracking. I have the screenshot of when he accepted tracking upon loading and when he terminated the tracking after unloading. The driver had to wait 11 hours to get loaded. Per Grayson he wouldn't be paying detention since it is loading produce. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences with a broker and we lost money. Of course, the broker profited from my loss. I have black listed them with us from here.
