I chose Leonardo because of their great ratings. Unfortunately, I’ve had the worst experience filing taxes with them. I initially filed my taxes in January, and after months of waiting, remained on “pending” status on IRS. During that time I contacted Leonardo Tax Services several times to check the status…in which I was told several things. “Don’t worry they’re backed up this year, give it time, should be coming soon, should be coming next week”.
