I went here because they accepted my insurance. The price was inflated compared to other places that didn't accept my insurance but I tried it anyway because it was going to save me $50. Bad decision. They did a terrible job. My super cute frames look terrible because of the way they did the lenses. Their excuse is that's just how my prescription looks in these particular frames, but that they wouldn't have know that in advance ???!!! (I'm sorry- isn't that their job)? Extremely helpful and professional service with my 13 year old. Amazing service. Would recommend.
We walked in on a friday with an emergency. Our frames were broken and we needed to catch a cruise ship in 2 hours. They were absolutely amazing. Professional and kind. They repaired our frames, tuned them up and even gave us lenses cleaner and cloths at no charge! We are definitely coming back for our next pair! Thank you so much Walt!
