I must admit, I was skeptical. This was my first time in hypnotherapy, and Karin really blew me away. I was so comfortable with her very quickly - and this allowed real progress in a short period of time (I only saw her twice!). I felt so accepted, understood, and seen by her. Karin is such an insightful and wonderful person. I suffered from anxiety that was so severe that I could barely leave my house, let alone work. Through Karin's hypnotherapy, I was able to overcome a good portion of my anxiety and even start working again. All this was accomplished in a short time span .
