I was an employee with a client using Leonard as their LLC. Well let me just tell you that if you plan to hire this company your care takers will not be paid. I was told I would be paid with direct deposit on May 16th 2022. Of course the morning of the 16th I was nervous that the money would not be in my account. Of course I wake up to nothing being deposited. So I call Leonard and they tell me to pick up the check in person….. this is annoying but hey I need to pay bills. So I cash the check start using the money to pay off... read more

My co worker and I always have to fight for our checks. They lie, are rude, and simply dont care that your bills are late. Very happy they are closing!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have worked for them for over 8 years and I have never been so poorly treated in my life. They lied to me many time, withheld my pay checks and intentionally blocked my phone calls anytime I questioned where my pay checks were. They take advantage of families with so much on their plates and disabled children. The manager is so rude and would lie to me on the phone for weeks until I threatened to sue them if they would not pay me for work 3 months ago. They only employee 20 ... read more
