Do not work with this company. They will give you the run around because no one knows there job. They will try to pass you around to someone else. Put you on hold and disconnect without returning the call. Then not answer the phone for multiple days. They could careless about the people that are affected by their mistakes. We have worked with this company before the pandemic they had bad customer service skills and bad business practices before that. I have exhausted my patience with them. This company deals with the state of Utah for people with disabilities and couldn't do a more terrible job. As a mom with special needs children I use up my patience on them and don't have time for their games. You will likely have to contact them a number of times and resend the same paperwork a few times because nobody knows what anyone else is doing. They refuse to answer their phone- so plan on at least 3-4 calls to a voicemail before someone gets back to you and even then they don't follow through. Also, no need to emai... read more

Leornard Consulting LLC is a fiscal agent for the state. They gave me a W-2 for work I do for a family when they should have given me a 1099. They pretended that the phone connection was faulty when I asked them to fix this issue and reissue a 1099 instead of a W-2. I am not their employee and have my own business, therefore should have received a 1099. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE RUDE PEOPLE.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. PROBLEM 1: Their communication is not terrible. They do not return phone calls or email. PROBLEM 2: They did not submit my paperwork in a timely manner. I believe they were only alerted to that fact after I did not receive my first paycheck from them and had to call to let them know that. It was almost a month's delay in having my paperwork submitted. I've been a client of Leonard Consulting for a little over a year now and I'm extremely impressed with this company and how hard they work for their clients. Being a mother of a special needs child can be challenging at times and it is nice to have a company that is in your corner helping you. During this epidemic the state has put a lot of extra work on them and yet they still manage the great customer service. Thank you Leonard Consulting!!!
