I’m passionate about muscular skeletal health and how it can be optimised through hands on therapy, exercise and healthy living. What’s having shoulder pain for the last 12 weeks. Decided to book with Leon on a glowing recommendation from a friend. Was not disappointed literally feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Great job thank you!
I’ve been having regular treatment from Leon for over 5 years. I can’t recommend his treatments enough. He’s been my saving grace for fixing both my everyday muscular tension around the neck and shoulders from stressful work schedule and rehab/recovery from martial arts injuries and niggles 👍
I have struggled with mobility and pain in my joints, after I saw an advert for Leon, I thought why not ? I am so pleased I took the risk....after only one session I have found so much more mobility and pain free. Leon was extremely knowledgeable and I felt safe ins his hands.....It was a tough hour but the benefits have been really impressive...I will be calling on Leon on a regular basis...could not recommend this guy more.
Leon has helped me numerous times over the last 4 years with muscle tension in my shoulders and upper neck, he has also given me exercises to help to try and prevent the tension recurring. Reliable, friendly, professional and really knows his stuff - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Leon’s just gifted. Little more to explain it. Been going to Leon for 3 years now and every time he finds the problem area and manages to make things comfortable again. Working in an office job (especially during the pandemic where I’m working from home) means my back is constantly in awkward, unnatural or uncomfortable positions.
