We stopped by Leon River Processing in Gatesville because we’re considering buying a cow and I wanted to try their product first. First off, the packaging is clean, organized, and easy to read you can tell they take pride in what they do. We picked up a variety (bacon, sausages, ribeye, sirloin, roast, ground beef), and everything has been fantastic so far. The ribeye really sold me though. Made a special 4 hour trip from Galveston to buy a quarter cow…. And holy cow… This must be my first time ever eating REAL, unaltered, authentic grass fed beef. I’ve only had the ground beef so far, but let me tell you something Linda… this is the best meat I’ve ever had hands down. You MUST get your rear end down to Leon River Premium Beef and get yourself some of the best beef in the whole nation. THANK ME LATER.
