Never do business with this company.We bought 3 pieces of furniture. One piece was damaged. Spoke to manager who asked me to send pics which I did.She then told me it would be replaced. After many many calls to them, she refused to call me back. The piece was never replaced.Terrible terrible terrible
As a former business owner myself, I am appauld by the low level of customer service I encountered in this store. I had seen an item on their website that I was very interested in. The price was reasonable, but I wanted to go into the store to see the quality of the item before I purchased it. I found it, it was lovely. It also was nearly 150 dollars more in store. I would never do business with them again, They did not come thru anything that I was promised, horrible customer service, still missing items that needed to be delivered 8 days ago. Called to speak to a manager, he never called back. I called the store several times no answer.
Worst customer service. Manager Jason is very disrespectful. I order a bedroom set they delivered it only to have the headboard defected it moves and I specifically told Jason I didn't want the headboard to move I wanted a solid bed. I've try for 10 days to get this problem resolve and get my money back but Jason is playing games.
