Purchased something from Leon Cycles online store. Great range and customer service was also good but unfortunately they use Australia's worst courier company, Aramex, to send items. 2 weeks and counting for a small bike part to arrive.
Patrick in Perth (Western Australia) store was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my first ebike .. the impressive NCM cru7s stepthru cruiser. The showroom is well laid out and spacious, and there are other brands (in addition to NCM) to choose from. Bought a paris max on great deal for commuting to work. Great customer service, got answers for all my technical questions. Thanks for the Free Accessories too.
Terrible experience. Staff seemed confused about what's going on both when purchasing the bike and getting support. Sold me a lemon that had 3 faults within 2 months. Agreed to refund initially but when it came to actually proceed they've decided to renege and I've now had to go through Consumer Protection to remediate.
