Terrible experience. Staff seemed confused about what's going on both when purchasing the bike and getting support. Sold me a lemon that had 3 faults within 2 months. Agreed to refund initially but when it came to actually proceed they've decided to renege and I've now had to go through Consumer Protection to remediate.
Called them up said they are open till 4pm drive 2 hours to get there and then being closed. Ridiculous service. Company is a joke.
