Bought a NCM Moscow plus, when it arrived the top of the forks had been dragged across concrete by the delivery driver. There was also scuff marks underneath the middle of the frame. I sent a photo of the forks with a question asking what I should do in this situation that my forks had been smashed on the ground and scatched. For a $2000 bike you'd think they would follow up. They never contacted me about the damaged forks. The bikes is great. They were helpful until this and then I heard nothing from them.
