I have banked with LEFCU for a couple decades and have had several loans with them. What I like the most is the customer service. When I call, there is never a wait time.
Attempted to get a car loan here. Complete waste of time and effort. I gave them three weeks lead-time on the loan. Story would change from day to day. One day we are all set and ready to sign, the next we aren't. In the end they left me hanging. No concept of good customer relations.
Staff is always very friendly and helpful!
I’ve been banking with them for over 10 years. Staff is awesome & in particular Maureen is always helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and a true gem!
