Let me be clear. I’ve always been happy with Leominster Credit Union, but this seems to be the only place I can post my concerns about mask wearing. It is Friday afternoon November 13 and there are two employees visible through the drive up window on Shrewsbury St. One has a face shield and no mask. The other has a mask pulled around her chin. I’ve been a good customer for many years, and they display no loyalty to customers. Service and communication between employees/departments is a total disaster. They have lost my checks on a few occasions, and have hit me with late charges and collections calls to treat me like a dead beat even though I have an 830 credit score and have never missed a payment in my life. This bank needs to revamp their process and better train their people if they want to stay a relevant option.
