Dr Donovan was a nice doctor. He explains everything in a detailed and nice talk to. I was shocked to hear that he is no more. RIP
Just recently discovered he passed away. There was an obituary a few weeks ago. He was an incredibly generous guy and took care our optical needs for decades. I wish the best to his family and staff.
Dr. Donovan is great. His front desk staff are not. Three separate calls trying to get my prescription information from the office after moving away and they just ignore the request. I tell them that I've been ignored and they apologize before again not giving me my information. I could call a fourth time to complain about this, but why would I expect them to handle it any differently? This place was great for years, it's unfortunate how it is now.
