For a tax service, they were warm, communicative and offer snacks to comfort you meanwhile as you wait. The place is a bit busy, but they do take time to answer every question and reassure your concerns. They promptly assisted us with our taxes once called, which they inform you regarding your wait time estimate. Had a 5pm appointment on a Monday, and was still waiting to be seen at 6:30pm.
So nice and professional, I've never had such an easy experience with my taxes.
I'd recommend him to everyone that I know. They are the best of the best!
