The daycare will be closing effective Dec-22-2023. We were given 6 weeks notice while they admitted they could go to May-2024, but thought a 6 week notice was less impactful to families... Meanwhile they say other centers have openings, but there is a shortage in the city, and the next infant spot we found is 10 months away. Kindercare as a corporation does not care about your children or your families. Leo Kindercare for before school care has a problem with honoring their commitments. My wife had called in January to verify pricing for my daughter who starts kindergarten this week. We were told a sum of $65 a week. This was also told to us 3 weeks prior to her starting. This week we received a new price of over $40 more per week. We tried calling weeks in advance and no one would return our calls. Not reliable. Close classrooms because lack of staff & then parents have to be off work. Cannot keep consistent staff. Do not follow directions. Lose children’s clothes that are sent in. There is a new director and things have not been well since. Highly DO NOT recommend. Pulling my child out.
