I called to catch a taxi for 6am for a day procedure at BMC after giving my location and inquiring how much it would be she said it would be exspensive, when I still wanted to know I said I would need to call her back after speaking with my husband she then said not to call back because it was to early and didn't want to do it then told me to call an ambulance and hung up on me! Dispatcher Patricia rudely hang up on me twice just because I asked a question. Absurd.
They were very flexible, early and felt very safe with the kind driver!
Very rude. More of a "What do you want?" attitude rather then "How can I help you?" Hung up on me when I asked for the owner, and then threatened me when I called back to speak to the owner about the poor attitude.
