They are not returning or responding your call back,the lady took my information over the phone and weeks go by there is no response,so don’t waste your time!
Lenox financial is the worst lender I’ve ever dealt with. I just closed on a cash refinance and the customer service supervisor Laura Trejo sent the wrong payoff letter that had the incorrect amount on it. The letter was sent on 8/8 and the other letter with the correct amount was sent on the day of closing 8/31.So my new lender paid the amount that was sent over previous and because that’s not the correct amount I am now having to eat $20,000 out of my cash.
