I would not trust this dump to take care of my dog. I could not get my grandfather out fast enough after the flagrant neglect this facility inflicted on him. The place was filthy and always stank of human excrement, over half of the staff have been on disciplinary status (probation) per the NC State Board of Nursing for drug related offenses and abuse/neglect issues.
