Very rude and hard to deal with. No wonder they have a 1.7 star rating. They act like they don’t want to do their job.
Rather inconvenient while undergoing renovations
The ladies working in the Lenoir County office need people skills training. They really don't know how to talk to people. Maybe if they added some color in the office they wouldn't act so racist or maybe that's why they don't have any one of color there! And.... they try to belittle you if you let them. I hate going there to pay taxes. Online is an extra five dollars! SMH
