I have been going to Lenny Merriam for my tax return for almost 10 years, and every single year it has been a remarkably simple process. I get my tax return on time and have never had an issue with processing. Anytime I've had to get in touch with Lenny I get a response almost immediatly. Very professional and affordable service from a family owned, personable, and punctual business.
He did not get my tax return done for almost a year after delivering the information. He was given the return information on March 23, and did not finish the return until January 31st, saying he was to busy with other clients to get to it in a timely manner. There was no communication about this delay, leading intrest and penalties from the Irs.
